Finance Consultant – FP&A and Financial Modelling (Interim)
We are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant with strong FP&A expertise and advanced financial modelling skills to support a key project involving M&A activity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fully integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) to support planning and decision making.
- Track project and deal related costs, providing clear interim reporting throughout the transaction process.
- Apply a solid understanding of M&A mechanics to identify risks, gaps and opportunities that may not have been considered.
- Work confidently with large and complex data sets, interpreting findings and presenting insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build models from scratch.
- Strong FP&A background with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable simplifying complex information and presenting it clearly.
- Able to work independently within a fast paced environment.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent, with relevant post qualification experience.
