The role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to play a key role in shaping projects that improve the way people move, work, live, and play in the built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design and delivery on complex projects across multiple sectors.

• Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and other design disciplines.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and sustainable design practices.

• Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions and BIM integration.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Chartered (or near-chartered) with the ICE or IStructE.

• Experienced in leading projects from concept through to completion.

• Skilled in structural analysis, design software, and BIM methodologies.

• A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
