This role suits consultants who enjoy working at the intersection of frameworks, data, and client delivery.

What you’ll do

• Deliver integrated W&CA and Total Reward workstreams
• Support job architecture, job evaluation, and reward design
• Ensure alignment between work measurement and pay structures
• Facilitate client sessions and explain integrated frameworks
• Collaborate across Consulting, Reward, and OD teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience across both reward and work / career architecture
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability
• Consulting or equivalent in-house background
