Salary: GBP40,000 – GBP50,000

Duties

• Help deliver technical projects from planning stages through to new build delivery
• Implement the requirements of Building Safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislation 2023
• Lead the design team and other project team members, liaising with clients
• Carry out site visits and ensure projects comply with regulations and high ethical standards are achieved

Skills and Experience

• Relevant degree in architecture
• Strong experience working within a health and safety, design, or project management role
• Strong interest in health and safety issues and risk management
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislation 2023
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Leicester area
