Working within a team of like‑minded professionals, you will be required to support on‑site maintenance technicians, working with them to resolve issues and make improvements to production processes that heavily rely on automation.
You must be qualified Electrically or Mechanically and have proven experience of planning maintenance within a manufacturing, process or production environment. You should also have experience of improving plant reliability by critiquing data that relates to OEE, MTBF & MTTR and implementing changes to improve performance.
You will be part of a stable, well‑organised maintenance team with experienced, long‑serving colleagues, supporting and maintaining a broad range of automated plant and equipment.
The role is commutable from Gaydon, Chipping Norton, Leamington Spa, Stratford & Southam.
Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
