Freelance Art Director (Brand/Campaigns)

We're looking for an Art Director to join our Creative floor on an ad hoc basis, supporting campaign idea generation starting in April with the possibility of extending through the summer.

Responsibilities include instrumental idea generation and concepting of various campaigns, working alongside the project Creative Director, Designer, and Copywriter.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a creative in a similar specialist role and from a similar agency background
• Exceptional knowledge of branding and campaign oriented projects
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of the creative process and willingness to take direction
• Ability to manage time to accommodate and prioritise client and project demands
• Accountability to projects assigned, representing RY with discipline, confidence and professionalism at all times
• Ability to translate briefs and understand communication challenges
• Clear and conscious articulation of thinking and approach
• Can work comfortably as part of a team, or autonomously as required
• Excellent proficiency in Figma or Sketch; experience in InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous.
