What will you be doing?

Working within the Civil Site team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following:

• Assist with day‑to‑day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations
• Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
• Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets
• Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges
• Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication

What will I need to be considered?

A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong interest in site‑based engineering and infrastructure delivery.

Excellent problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to various project sites across the Region.

Full UK driving licence (or working towards it).

Flexibility – Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.

Great written and verbal communication skills.
