Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, overseeing effort estimation, planning, execution, and architectural analysis.
• Conduct in‑depth architectural analysis of client requirements, identifying opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and integration with other systems.
• Estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Manage solution delivery, ensuring ServiceNow solutions meet client business needs and are implemented according to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance and recommendations on ServiceNow implementation solutions.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions, including effort estimation, planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in conducting in‑depth architectural analysis to identify integration opportunities across systems.
• Ability to assess and estimate infrastructure requirements for seamless ServiceNow deployments.
• Experience managing the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client business needs and best practices.
• Technical integration expertise with ServiceNow tools and other systems within a broader ecosystem.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience integrating ServiceNow tools with other systems, leveraging knowledge of APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with IT service management principles, including incident, problem, and change management, to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and understanding of their infrastructure requirements to support ServiceNow implementations.
