The Role
Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 2 positions available. As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
- Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present.
- Manage stock, support with deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
- Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
- Have fun while doing it all.
Qualifications
- Genuine love for coffee and people.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence to lead by example.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
