What you will do

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and LLM‑powered systems using a modern stack including TypeScript, React, tRPC, Inngest, and GCP.
• Collaborate directly with users to define product hypotheses and translate fuzzy requirements into high‑impact features that solve real‑world legal friction.
• Take full ownership of outcomes by fixing systemic problems, refining AI workflows, and contributing to a high‑craft engineering culture with monthly performance reviews.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience at high‑growth or early‑stage startups with a track record of driving product direction and scaling complex TypeScript projects.
• Deep technical instinct for building beyond simple prompts, ideally with experience in machine learning or deploying sophisticated AI agents into production.
