About the Role
Key Account Executive – the role focuses on building relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Key Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing Key Account customer relationships to increase revenue, average order value (AOV) and order frequency while maintaining gross profit (GP) margins.
- Manage designated key accounts, ensuring consistent exceptional service and high‑quality HubSpot record‑keeping.
- Track account performance, meet and exceed targets, and plan monthly and quarterly sales strategies.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to product, marketing and category management teams.
- Work with internal teams for swift issue resolution and seamless customer service.
- Contribute to KAM task KPIs and respond to customer contact in a timely manner.
About You
- 2+ years experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment with a strong focus on customer needs and business growth.
- Proven key‑account management experience, establishing long‑term relationships and tailored solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- High emotional intelligence and strong rapport building abilities.
- Negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while focusing on team success.
- Strategic account planning experience aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proactive mindset and desire to achieve personal and team goals.
