London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

An established and highly regarded communications agency specialising in real estate, architecture and design is looking for an experienced Account Director to join its London team. Known for its thoughtful, collaborative approach and exceptional client portfolio, the agency works with some of the most exciting names across property, luxury lifestyle and the built environment.

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-profile campaigns, work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in developing communications strategies for well-known brands and developments.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of key accounts, delivering impactful PR campaigns and building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

You’ll also play a key role in generating media coverage, leading activations and supporting the development of junior team members.

  • Shaping PR strategy and overseeing campaign delivery across client accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong media relationships across property, architecture, design and lifestyle press
  • Securing high-quality press coverage and managing media engagement
  • Leading the delivery of campaigns, press events, partnerships and media activations
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients
  • Contributing to new business opportunities and agency growth
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in PR, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong relationships with relevant media across property, design or lifestyle sectors
  • Experience managing campaigns and client relationships
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Enjoy supporting the development of junior team members
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
  • Early finish every Friday
