Senior Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Do:

• Develop and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain process flows, virtual builds, and technical instructions to optimise production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design for manufacturability and assembly, incorporating poka‑yoke principles.
• Oversee timing and routing in SAP while reporting on key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead 5S planning for manufacturing areas and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production teams.

What You Will Bring:

• A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with CAD and ERP/MRP systems, ideally SAP.
• Proven expertise in a manufacturing or production engineering role, with a strong focus on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.
