Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (UK-based, Hybrid working)
Our client is a leading global Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK. With a strong presence across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, they support organisations in modernising customer engagement, operations, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on discovery, solution shaping, and advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Design and present high-level solution architectures aligned to client needs
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions
- Support delivery teams by ensuring clear and effective handover of solutions
Presales & Client Engagement
- Support presales activities including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Lead product demonstrations across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions
- Engage with senior stakeholders to articulate value and business outcomes
- Contribute to go-to-market offerings and solution positioning
Practice Contribution
- Collaborate with internal teams to build best practices and reusable assets
- Support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and mentoring
- Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery and presales approaches
- Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&SCM)
- Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proven experience in a client-facing or presales-focused consulting role
- Experience running workshops, demos, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable Qualities
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
- Exposure to Azure or wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Microsoft certifications
