What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to manage projects within this portfolio.
In This Role You Will
- Lead the delivery of projects within the council’s transformation portfolio.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams working on change initiatives.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work with service leaders to support implementation of new processes and ways of working.
- Track delivery progress and report to programme governance structures.
- Ensure projects deliver agreed outcomes and benefits.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering complex projects or transformation initiatives, including the delivery of financial benefits.
- Strong project planning and delivery management skills.
- Experience working across organisational boundaries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum.
