Job Description

• Job title:e - commerce coordinator
• Job Type:Permanent
• Location:Ellesmere Port - Head Office, Based On-site
• Hours:37.5 hours per week

Overview of the role:

• To support the launch, development and administration of a new e-commercesite within SGS
• Facilitate conversation with customers having queries, managing them and ensuring the correct action is taken
• To liaise with different business lines, commercial teams and internal stakeholdersacross the organisation to gather, validate and maintain accurate product information
• Analyse sales data, customer and market trends to make data-driven recommendations
• Work closely with marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing space.

You will also have all of the following:

• Degree within a Business or Digital Marketing field
• Experience within an using cloud based e-commerce platforms
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Full Driving license for use in the UK
