Job Title: Project Support Officer (DV Cleared)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Support Officers to join a dynamic and fast-paced delivery environment in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative, reporting, and coordination skills who thrive in structured project settings and hold active DV clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Initiation: Support the proposal management process, assisting with project setup and initiation activities.
- Project Finances: Create and maintain financial data, reports, and statistics to support project tracking and decision-making.
- Project Reporting: Produce and continuously improve weekly highlight reports to provide clear and concise project updates.
- Diary & Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders, manage schedules, and capture actions and outcomes from Project Delivery Health Reviews.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Project Managers to ensure smooth project operations.
- PMO Support: Assist the PMO in implementing and maintaining both new and existing documentation standards.
- Governance & Documentation: Support the creation and upkeep of key project artefacts, including:
- Reports
- RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Budgets
- Project plans
- Meeting minutes
- Event Planning: Organise and coordinate project management events and key project milestones.
Requirements
- Active DV Clearance (essential)
- Proven experience in a project support, PMO, or administrative role within a structured delivery environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project reporting and documentation
- Ability to work on-site full-time
