Responsibilities
- On a day‑to‑day basis, manage a caseload of participants with multiple barriers to employment, including physical and mental health disabilities, special educational needs, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Help participants secure or maintain employment that aligns with their preferences and enhances their sense of wellbeing and dignity.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience and passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs in accessing employment opportunities. Experience with local workforce development programmes is desirable. Must be fluent English speaker (customer facing role) and able to work in an office setting.
Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
Additional Information
Position is part of the Connect to Work programme, funded by the Department for Work & Pensions. Extending the role may be subject to additional funding.
