Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (Client Relationship Focus – Technology Services) However you do not need to come from a technical or IT background. We just need someone has actually has an interest to learn in this arena.

We’re looking for someone who builds strong, lasting relationships with clients and takes real ownership of those relationships over time.

This role sits between our clients and our technical teams. You don’t need to come from an IT background — what matters is your ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly, and manage relationships with confidence and credibility.

You’ll be supported by a strong technical team. Your role is to ensure clients feel looked after, informed, and confident in the service they receive.

This role would suit someone from a Customer Success, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Client Relationship background who enjoys working closely with clients rather than focusing on purely sales or technical delivery.
