Engagement and Development Officer
Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | All-year Round (52 weeks per year)
Salary: £30,000.00 – £34,000.00 per annum.
We’re looking for a Development and Engagement Officer to join our small, agile‑working team in delivering a range of digital and print communications, events, and fundraising campaigns. The successful candidate will play an important part in strengthening relationships across the Felsted community and supporting Felsted’s ambition to build a sustainable culture of philanthropy. This role would particularly suit someone with experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations, or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver digital and print communications, events, and fundraising campaigns.
- Strengthen relationships across the Felsted community.
- Support Felsted’s ambition to build a sustainable culture of philanthropy.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations, or sales.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative flair.
