Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts are delivered in a manner which enhances and maintains the company's name and reputation for quality.
• Ensure that procedures identified within both the quality manual and health and safety policy are fully implemented.
• Ensure the completion of contracts to the full satisfaction of the customer within the programmed time.
• Represent the company in dealing with customers or their agents, professional staff and supply chain contractors.
