Stock & Order Fulfilment Coordinator
We’re looking for a stock‑obsessed, hyper‑organised individual to join our warehouse team in Haggerston. This is a hands‑on coordination role where your love of a perfectly organised stockroom and meticulously accurate inventory will directly fuel our fast‑moving fashion operation.
As Stock & Order Fulfilment Coordinator, you will take pride and ownership over our stockroom – keeping it immaculate, logical, and efficient. You’ll oversee daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations, manage a small team of operatives, and ensure every inbound and outbound movement of stock is handled with care and precision.
Reporting to the CEO, this role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves the rhythm and order of a well‑run stockroom, and who thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days look the same.
Work Schedule
Based at our Haggerston warehouse. 8‑hour shifts Monday–Sunday, 7am–8pm. Weekend and late‑night shifts are required.
Responsibilities
- Own the stockroom – maintaining an immaculate, logical, and easily navigable stock layout at all times.
- Execute inbound stock processes end‑to‑end: receive deliveries, perform thorough quality control checks, log and organise stock accurately.
- Process and organise customer returns swiftly, assessing condition and routing each item correctly back into stock or for write‑off.
- Drive regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy – you’ll love the satisfaction of a perfectly reconciled count.
- Manage and document inbound/outbound stock transfers, ensuring every movement is tracked and filed to brand standards.
- Oversee the faulty item workflow end‑to‑end: logging faulty stock, coordinating repairs where applicable, and managing reintegration back into sellable inventory.
- Support management with stock write‑offs in line with finance and operations guidelines.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and brilliantly organised at all times – this is non‑negotiable.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care for brand presentation.
- Ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Identify and flag any fulfilment issues or stock discrepancies proactively.
Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Operatives and temporary staff.
- Allocate workloads effectively to meet daily deadlines and KPIs.
- Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and support to the team.
- Lead the onboarding and induction of new operatives and temps.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, operational processes, and brand standards.
Reporting & KPIs
- Support management with KPI tracking, activity reports, and operational updates.
Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in a perfectly organised stockroom. Messy shelves bother you. A clean, logical stock layout makes your day. You move quickly, think clearly, and take real pride in accuracy.
You’ll Have
- 1–2 years’ experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or ecommerce fulfilment role – with a strong track record of owning stock organisations.
- Experience supervising or coordinating small teams.
- An obsessive attention to detail – particularly when it comes to stock accuracy and inventory management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple processes running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort using warehouse/order fulfilment software and platforms and Excel.
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude – you lead by example on the warehouse floor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support a small team.
- Physical stamina – comfortable on your feet all day and able to lift and move boxes as required.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
