Job Overview
We are seeking a Part‑Time Project Manager to join the in‑house creative team, working closely with designers and packaging artworkers to deliver high‑quality creative output across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end creative projects across a portfolio of consumer health brands.
- Coordinate with designers and packaging artworkers to deliver assets on time.
- Oversee production of packaging, labels, and campaign assets.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform specifications, and regulatory considerations.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and project workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support the delivery of assets across multiple channels and platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within a creative, FMCG, or consumer products environment.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes, including pack shots, labels, and model imagery.
- Familiarity with brand restrictions and platform‑specific asset requirements.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or within major consumer brands (e.g. Unilever, Procter & Gamble) is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
- £40,000 – £45,000 pro rata
