Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join one of our Top 10 accounts, working within the Social & Influencer practice for Samsung. The role involves overseeing project execution from brief to final handover, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kick-off to completion, creating schedules, budgets, and delivering on time and within budget.
- Act as liaison between agency disciplines, organising resources and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
- Monitor project finances, resource allocation, and financial status, reporting to the Ops Director.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, working with stakeholders to maintain smooth delivery.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and documentation, ensuring quality across all outputs.
- Advocate for project needs within the agency and champion creative solutions.
- Embrace AI tools and WPP Open to increase efficiencies.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3‑4 years as a Senior Project Manager in Social & Influencer or similar environment.
- Expertise in project setup, budgeting, resource planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience managing integrated accounts and understanding Social & Influencer dynamics.
- Strong financial acumen, risk identification, and mitigation capability.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard project tools, LLMs, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, time‑management and attention to detail.
- Solution‑oriented mindset, flexibility, and adaptability.
