As a Senior Program Manager within the Digital Technologies R&D team, you will be working alongside engineers, designers and product owners to drive forward the development and delivery of the next generation surgical technology. You are an experienced Program Manager with a strong delivery‑focused mindset, well versed in managing multiple complex projects at any one time.

Benefits & Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Pay range / salary: United Kingdom: 100,000.00 GBP – 150,000.00 GBP. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
