We are seeking to appoint an organised, IT literate, customer-focused forward-thinking Technical Services Co-ordinator to provide comprehensive technical administrative support to the School of Life Sciences, with the support of the Technical Admin Assistant.
The successful applicant will focus on providing and developing administrative provision to support academics and the Technical Services Team in relation to laboratory activities, with a particular focus on ensuring good health and safety and statutory compliance in our lab environments as well as supporting with efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment that wishes to be at the forefront in enhancing compliance through simplifying, streamlining and improving administrative processes. There will be a particular focus on the use of Power Automate in Sharepoint to bring about these enhanced processes.
You will have a penchant to own new concepts, processes and systems to shape how we operate more effectively.
