Our vibrant 120-room hotel, based on a Cinema Theme, is perfectly situated in the heart of Ealing, just a 6-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, with easy access to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and direct connections to Paddington.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Convey the hotel’s brand image and service culture through exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, and strong presence in operations.
  • Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Provide guidance, support training, and lead the team.

Your Skills And Experience Include

  • Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
  • Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
  • Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
  • Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making.
  • Possess excellent communication and financial skills.

Qualifications
