Hiring: Client Relations Executive/VIP Concierge

Central London (Hybrid) 2 days a week in office WC1

In Office hours 9.30 – 3.30pm

Salary basic £35K plus generous uncapped commission OTE £60K ++

A fantastic opportunity to join this lovely vibrant go getting team. We’re currently seeking a dynamic, proactive, and emotionally intelligent individual to join a leading ultra luxury VIP lifestyle management company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Managing client requests across luxury travel, dining, and bespoke experiences
• Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional service
• Attending industry events and building strong relationships
• Acting as a primary point of contact for UHNWI, family office, high-profile, and banking clients

About you

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Background in luxury hospitality, client services, or lifestyle management
• Highly organised, discreet, and solutions-oriented
• Passionate about delivering a world-class client experience
