Job Title: Contract Manager/Senior Paralegal

Location: Leeds City Centre

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days p/week in office)

Although the business works with Financial Services clients, they are not required to be FS regulated themselves so the role is a typical general commercial contract manager/senior paralegal type position. You’d work closely with and support some experienced solicitors but ideally you’ll be comfortable working fairly autonomously across various matters, such as:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of MSAs, Engagement T&Cs, NDAs & SOWs
• Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts, partnership arrangements, sub-contracts and other commercial contracts
• Supporting Bid/Tender teams on RFPs and proposals
• Wider general commercial matters such a data protection and other compliance issues
• Supporting the global teams across MENA & APAC regions

Ideally, you’ll have 1-2 years minimum experience in commercial legal capacity but there is no upper limit on the amount of experience being considered.
