Business Process Excellence – Non-Technical Business Analyst (Mid-Senior)

London: Average 2 days on-site per week (Flexi, work abroad up to 20 days a year)

Salary: Base up to £60,000 + Plenty of benefits

We’re working with a global organisation undergoing significant transformation, looking for a Process Excellence / Business Analyst to drive change across complex, cross-functional environments.

This is not a traditional BA role – it sits at the intersection of process improvement, change, and delivery, with real influence across senior stakeholders and business units.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead process optimisation & continuous improvement initiatives
• Map current vs future state workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Run workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple functions
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Support delivery of transformation projects alongside PMs
• Drive standardisation, automation, and operational improvements

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience in Business Analysis / Process Excellence / Change roles
• Strong background in process mapping & improvement methodologies (Lean, CI, etc.)
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Confident leading workshops and influencing senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
