About the Role

You will work closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to ensure tenders, proposals, and early-stage project planning are delivered accurately and efficiently. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, particularly within social housing frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks, standards, and internal processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across pre-construction processes

  • Proven experience in a pre-construction, bid, or project management role within M&E or construction
  • Strong understanding of M&E frameworks, tendering processes, and project lifecycle

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

  • Background working with Tier 1 contractors or structured framework agreements
  • Familiarity with design & build (D&B) environments

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £80,000
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful projects within the social housing sector, contributing to safer living environments
