The Role

You will act as a key link between customers, tenants, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service delivery across housing-related projects. This is a hybrid role, with a base office and regular on‑site/community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and manage customer complaints, ensuring they are handled in line with policy and escalated where required
  • Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders and provide clear written and verbal reports to management
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and customers, ensuring they are heard and supported throughout project delivery
  • Attend customer inductions, open days, and engagement events, including contractor-led sessions
  • Support communication around investment programmes and planned works, providing guidance to residents
  • Record and promote positive customer feedback (compliments) to support service improvement
  • Collect and analyse tenant satisfaction data, identifying trends and supporting action plans to enhance service performance

About You

  • Experience in a customer‑facing role within housing, construction, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Confident in report writing and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (essential)

  • Flexibility required to attend events and meetings as needed
