What is the job role?

Come and join us at an exciting time and be part of the Professional Support Service – an administrative team that makes a positive difference in supporting Children’s Services daily! We are at the heart of Children’s Services in Coventry, working with colleagues at all levels across the service to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable Children and Families across the City. This role will provide administrative support to a variety of areas across Coventry, requiring flexibility to travel independently to different locations as required. Responsibilities include updating electronic management systems, handling calls, data processing, supporting with note taking and other tasks as appropriate.

  • Provide administrative support across the Professional Support Service.
  • Update electronic management systems.
  • Handle calls, data processing, note taking and other administrative tasks.
  • Travel independently to different locations as required.

Qualifications and Experience

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. This role does not offer sponsorship. You will be required to undertake the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard and the apprenticeship is a fixed term contract for 21 months. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.
