Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours, we can accommodate as low as 12 hours.
Availability
- Sunday: 13:00 – 23:00
- Monday: 13:00 – 23:00
- Wednesday: 13:00 – 23:00
- Friday: 13:00 – 23:00
We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide three‑week notice of shift allocation. We support flexibility; if your availability closely aligns with the above windows we welcome your application.
As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast‑paced retail environment where no day is the same.
You will take ownership of team activities by coordinating and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will coach and provide feedback to improve service, be the expert in delivering actionable improvements, and keep your area safe and welcoming.

Eligibility
We will only recruit individuals who are over the school leaver’s age for your country.
Candidates must be over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, counters, bakery, and driving roles.
