What you'll be doing at Sticks 'n' Sushi
- Assisting the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift
- Motivating, coaching and inspiring your Fish (the wonderful team)
- Supporting the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally
- Being trusted to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing
What you'll bring to us
- A track record of success in previous roles as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant
- An eye for detail, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands
- Genuine care for your team: your nurturing approach will make coaching & developing a natural focus, ensuring you have one of the happiest teams in the industry
- A 'Ja Tak' (Danish for \"Yes, thank you\") attitude, embodying our \"big smile, small ego\" spirit
- A genuine commitment to making people happy, turning guests into regulars and regulars into friends.
