About the opportunity: We have a new, exciting opportunity within our Football Strategy & Analytics Department for a highly motivated and analytically driven Football Strategy Analyst to work closely with our Head of Football Strategy & Analytics, and our Technical Director in shaping and delivering the Club’s football strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑level decision‑making across performance, recruitment and squad planning, while driving strategic projects that impact the Club’s success on and off the pitch.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and strategically minded professional with a strong understanding of elite football operations and decision‑making.
Combining exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior stakeholders, you will have prior experience in a strategy, analytics, or a consulting role—ideally within a professional football club or high‑performance sporting environment.
We want someone who has a proven track record of supporting strategic projects, performance analysis, and executive‑level reporting and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, demonstrating excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, alongside a genuine passion for football and a deep commitment to driving continuous improvement at our Club.

The role is permanent and will be based at Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood); working 40 hours per week, the closing date of this advert is Friday 10th April 2026.
