Posted: April 17th, 2026

About The Role

PEI Group seeks Client Relationship Executive to be responsible for all post sales sponsorship services for a portfolio of conferences. The events are industry leading and global attracting up to 3,000 attendees.

In this role the Sponsor Services Executive will be responsible for ensuring sponsors are equipped with all relevant information and materials to have a first-class experience when interacting with PEI. From an internal perspective, it is essential to supply materials that are required from the customer to display their brand across our communication channels in an organised and timely fashion. The work will mean aligning with different teams in a matrix structure to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality sponsor experiences.

A commercial role, a key metric of success will be customer retention. You will report to the Sponsor Services Team Leader and provide updates and progress on a regular basis.

You will work closely with sales, production, marketing and operations for each event.

A key element will be to identify where sales time is being consumed by tasks that are preventing growth within the brands. Not a direct sales role, you will be encouraged to build relationships with customers that can facilitate upsell and cross sell.
