Estates Officer

Equans is looking for X2 Estates Officer to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times.
• Undertake any training as identified through the performance review process continually seeking improvement and developing best practice.
• Seasonal cyclical works, fly tipping, graffiti removal, grass cutting, hedge cutting, moss clearance, clearing of communal bins, needle removal, flea eradication.
• Adhere to and apply legislation and Equans procedures as appropriate.
• Understand the aims and objectives of Equans and your service area, together with your role in service delivery.
• Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service.
• Ensure the Borough is kept free of litter and is well presented.
• Clean and tidy streets free from debris, well-kept grassland & graffiti not visible.
