## Vice President, POM Product ManagementManchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:*** Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively* Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable* Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team* Facilitate release planning with stakeholders* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements* Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders* Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary* Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:*** **Expertise** + Experience as a product owner and with agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization + Experience articulating a roadmap + Institutional banking expertise, ideally in the Custody business with domain knowledge in Corporate Actions and Income + Experience with leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex organization + Some experience in the creation and practical application of AI agentic solutions* **Individual skills** + Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor + Strong communication skills, both with team and executives + Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team + Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress* **Mindset & Behaviors** + Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas + Outcome-oriented + Non-hierarchical, transparent, trusting, trustworthy + Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same + Comfortable escalating issues & blockers for resolution#J-18808-Ljbffr…
