Position Overview
Full‑time, permanent role within the PFI team in Manchester, responsible for coordinating governance across the three housing projects located in the Ardwick and Miles Platting areas.
Responsibilities
- Organise and take minutes of external day and evening meetings.
- Conduct estate walk‑abouts across the three PFI projects.
- Carry out home damp and mould inspections.
- Coordinate governance arrangements and ensure adherence to PFI agreements.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and minute‑taking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse data in Excel.
- Knowledge of recent legislative changes within the social housing sector is advantageous.
- Experience in coordinating projects or working with housing providers is desirable.
Legal and Employment Requirements
Applicants must have an existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
