Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Operations (UK) – London
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain and operations transformations across our consulting, people and technology practices.
Your Key Responsibilities
Focus on our clients
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships and act as a trusted advisor in at least one area of supply chain (e.g., operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing).
- Be adept at problem‑solving with clients and project teams, enabling projects to be delivered to completion.
- Develop experience and relationships across several clients and teams over time while maintaining focus on current project delivery.
Develop our business
- Contribute to the development of proposals to showcase leading practices.
- Engage the market with thought leadership and public profile, and enhance our methodologies.
- Build a professional network across internal sectors and account field of play teams.
Drive operational excellence
- Support successful delivery of projects and workstreams on time and within budget.
- Ensure quality of delivery exceeds client expectations through effective activity and deliverable management.
Develop our people
- Manage and nurture colleagues, providing career counselling.
- Become an inclusive leader capable of forming diverse, high‑performing teams.
Your Experience
Senior Managers must have practical experience from a Big 4 or consulting background and a strong technical and management track record.
Experience will be valued across several sectors including:
- Consumer Products & Retail
- Energy & Resources

- Health & Life Sciences
- Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment
Technical Skills Required
- End‑to‑end supply‑chain transformation
- Supply‑chain technology implementation (RPA, AI, IoT, etc.)
- Supply‑chain planning (demand/supply, S&OP, inventory optimisation, production scheduling)
- Commercial & procurement (strategy, category management, SAP Ariba)
- Operating model transformation
- Supply‑chain strategy and operating model design
Qualifications
Professional body membership or qualifications such as CIPS or IACCM are preferred but not mandatory.
