We are not a traditional letting agent.
We exist to protect landlords in an increasingly complex and regulated market, delivering a fully managed, “done for you” service. We do not offer let-only services — because it exposes landlords to too much risk.
We position ourselves as a partner and advocate for landlords, not a transactional agency.
Whilst we are a new company, the directors behind the operation have been in the property business for 20 years and have a well established Yorkshire Regional Estate Agency Brand.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a lettings business from day one — with the backing, infrastructure and investment already in place.
You will
- Launch and grow the Leeds operation
- Build a portfolio from zero to 300+ units
- Expand into further territories, York, Selby, Harrogate
- Recruit and lead your own team
- Progress into Lettings Director within 12 months
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to run their own business but doesn’t want the financial risk of going alone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 40% Business generation (hunting for new landlords)
- 40% Valuations and listings (winning new listings)
- 10% Management oversight (overseeing a junior role)
- 10% Compliance and admin (ensuring the compliance is 100% accurate)
You will be expected to
- Build to 13 units per month
- Generate your own leads alongside company-provided opportunities
- Establish a strong local presence in Leeds (with expansion into York & Selby)
What You’ll Get
£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary – dependent on experience
£50,000 – £60,000 OTE in year one (uncapped)
Commission paid per unit let (year one)
Profit share from year two
Support & Infrastructure
You are not starting from scratch.
You will have
- A business development team generating opportunities
- Dedicated team booking viewings and valuations
- Social media and print marketing campaigns
- CRM system (GreenhouseOS)
- In-house accounts support
- Outsourced property management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in lettings
- Experience managing a portfolio of 300+ properties
- Strong track record in winning instructions
- Deep understanding of lettings compliance
- Ideally NRLA or Propertymark qualified
- You are proven business generato
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Organised and detail-oriented
- A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
- Ambitious enough to want to build and lead a department

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
