Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to take ownership of complex, high‑value projects and make a real impact on safety, sustainability and delivery excellence? Join Balfour Beatty – Balvac, our specialist strengthening, repair and refurbishment business, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering multiple projects across the UK while building long‑term client relationships.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, from work‑winning through to completion. You’ll balance commercial responsibility, operational leadership and customer focus, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. This role is office‑based from Leeds, Warrington or Derby, with regular time spent on site depending on project needs.
