Customer Success Manager – Insurance SaaS | London/Chelmsford | Hybrid

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Eurobase, supporting global enterprise (re)insurance clients using our Synergy2 platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving problems, and helping customers unlock real value from complex enterprise technology.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients. Working closely with product, delivery, and sales teams to drive adoption, support renewals, and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor platform usage and client engagement to identify adoption trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate client challenges and coordinate solutions with product, delivery, and technical teams.
  • Support retention and renewal activity by contributing insights, tracking customer health, and identifying potential upsell or cross sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure clear communication across internal teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements, best practice documentation, and successful rollout of platform enhancements.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.
  • Experience within a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot).
  • Willingness to learn (re)insurance processes and terminology.
