Electrical Contracts Manager
Our client, a reputable Electrical contractor, is looking to recruit an Electrical Contracts Manager due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a progressive and successful business.
Covering three sites across the Kent / east Sussex border, the role involves on-site visits once per week, remote work 2–3 days per week, and one day per week in office.
Pay: up to £75k+ plus a package, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with Clients and Design Teams; liaise with design team (Architect & Consultants).
- Carry out site visits and surveys, and prepare reports.
- Manage site labour and sub‑contractors.
- Manage contract costs and variations, including procurement.
- Work flexibly on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Travel for work at main office and site-based requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years' experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager.
- Previous successful experience on Electrical Projects ranging from £50K to £1.5 million.
- Experience delivering electrical packages for new‑build care homes, hotel fit‑outs, and high‑rise residential projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects valuing up to £1.5m.
- Trade qualifications, a valid driving licence, and a CSCS Card.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and a good team player.
