This is a high impact opportunity to own and optimise a complex acquisition and conversion funnel within a fast-growing consumer technology environment. You will shape strategy, influence product direction, and drive measurable improvements across the end to end customer journey.

Their focus is on product excellence, data driven decision making, and continuous optimisation across the customer lifecycle.

The Role

  • Own the strategy for a multistage acquisition and conversion funnel, aligned to clear performance metrics.
  • Become the internal expert on user behaviour across awareness, signup, eligibility, approval, car search, purchase intent, conversion, and retention.
  • Identify drop off points, diagnose underlying issues, and drive prioritisation of high leverage initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering to refine flows, improve forms, instrument key events, and enable experimentation.
  • Embed data science inputs including scoring, segmentation, and predictive modelling into the customer journey.
  • Lead structured hypothesis development, experimentation, and validation.
  • Communicate insights clearly across the organisation and influence leadership decisions.
  • Work with designers and cross functional partners to deliver improvements that accelerate users from approval to completed purchase.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience as a Product Owner, owning and improving complex, multi-step funnels using AI and ML.
  • Proven ability to run structured experimentation programmes and drive conversion uplift.
  • Strong analytical capability, comfortable working with performance data.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and operational teams.
  • Skilled in diagnosing behavioural friction and designing user centric solutions.
  • Experience in consumer technology is beneficial.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
