As part of our growing People function, we’re looking for a highly capable Employee Relations (ER) Manager to lead a market‑leading ER service that protects our culture, strengthens capability and supports the business through effective, commercially minded ER expertise. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, ideal for an experienced ER consultant who can bring strong technical knowledge, confidence in high‑risk case management and the ability to influence senior leaders, while shaping the future of ER within a fast‑paced, people‑first organisation.

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
