Job Description:

Our client, a global top-10 Sovereign Wealth Fund, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate or Associate to join their Business Performance team based in the Middle East and reporting into the office of the COO

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the overarching enterprise strategy with senior stakeholders and translate strategic themes and objectives into cascaded performance frameworks and dashboards
  • Support the definition and rollout of Business Performance frameworks, including KPIs, targets, scorecards, and performance definitions aligned to Operations priorities.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and management packs to support regular business reviews and senior decision‑making.
  • Conduct structured performance analysis to identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, fact‑based insights and practical recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support periodic performance deep‑dives on priority topics, initiatives, or operational issues.
  • Contribute to the setup and maintenance of performance governance elements, including data definitions, documentation, controls, and reporting standards.
  • Work closely with Operations teams, Digital, IT, and Business Performance colleagues to align priorities, track delivery progress, and resolve performance issues.
  • Support planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Prepare high‑quality materials (slides, dashboards, analyses) for senior stakeholders, business reviews, and management forums.

Candidate Profile

  • 6–10 years of professional experience, ideally gained in a top‑tier or well‑regarded management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, or similar).
  • Strong track record supporting strategy, operations, digital transformation, or business performance engagements.
  • Hands‑on experience with performance management topics such as KPIs, dashboards, operating metrics, process performance, or transformation tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data, structure ambiguous problems, and communicate insights clearly and concisely.
  • Experience working across geographies or in international project environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with performance systems, dashboards, or analytics tools is an advantage.
