This established planning and architecture practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from bespoke one‑off homes to medium‑scale residential developments, alongside specialist schemes across agricultural, equestrian, and education sectors. The Role

• Supporting planning applications from initial research through to submission
• Undertaking planning policy research and development appraisals
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal teams
• Assisting with planning statements and reports
• Working closely with architectural teams on integrated projects
• Office-based in Reigate with hybrid working after probation

The Person

• Degree qualified in related discipline
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eager to learn and develop within planning
• Professional, proactive, and team‑oriented
• Interested in pursuing RTPI accreditation
• Commutable distance to Reigate
