We’re working with a founder‑led digital asset trading firm building a serious, performance‑driven liquidity business across both centralised and decentralised markets (CEX + DEX).

This is not a “crypto narrative” shop. The team comes from strong traditional finance and market‑making backgrounds, with experience spanning hedge funds, electronic trading, and academic research. They are focused on building real trading infrastructure and generating consistent, scalable edge in digital asset markets.

The role is a Junior Quant Trader, but it’s intentionally broad and high‑exposure. You’ll be directly involved in live trading and decision‑making from day one, working closely with the founders in a small, high‑performance team.

You’ll get hands‑on responsibility across:

• Live trading performance and execution quality
• PnL and risk monitoring
• Market microstructure analysis across CEX and DEX venues
• Post‑trade analysis and strategy evaluation
• Iterative strategy improvement and optimisation
• Working directly with senior traders and founders in a fast feedback environment

This is suited to someone early in their trading career who wants meaningful ownership, steep learning curves, and exposure to real decision‑making rather than siloed execution work.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong interest or early experience in trading / market making / quant strategies
• Good intuition for markets and price action
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment
• STEM or quantitative background preferred
• High ownership mindset and willingness to operate in ambiguity
